We're always there for you 24/7, but our regular office hours are provided below.
 If you have an after hours maintenance emergency, please call our office number, 405-743-4266 or 405-372-7395. These numbers both roll over to an answering service that will take your message and contact the appropriate maintenace technician currently on call.

When rent is due you can slide it through the drop box after hours (no cash) at either the Oak Park Village or Carleton Crossing Office.
